Shipping Info


Our return policies are strictly enforced, please read carefully before purchasing, we do not want you to be caught unaware! We will gladly accept returns on most of our items (see below for exceptions) for store credit. Store credit can be used for any item available on our site OR for custom orders and never expires. Because our items are custom made to order, we do not issue cash refunds. You must submit a return request within 5 business days from date of delivery. Merchandise must then be returned to us postmarked within 5 business days of return authorization being approved and postmarked before your wear date. Product must be returned to us carefully wrapped, in unused, undamaged, and perfect re-saleable condition. Hair Comes the Bride reserves the right at our own discretion to refuse any return that we deem to not be in perfect re-saleable condition. Merchandise that is returned that is not eligible for return, postmarked later than 5 business days after return authorization, is postmarked after a wear date, is not within 72 hours of order or is not in absolutely perfect condition will be sent back to the customer at the customer's request and expense. Request must be made and return postage paid for no later than 30 days after Hair Comes the Bride receives item(s) otherwise the item will be considered abandoned. Postage, shipping and handling charges are not reimbursable.

To request a return, log into your Hair Comes the Bride account (at top right of screen) and click on completed orders. Find the item or items you would like to return and click on return. You may also contact us at 1-949-742-8161 if you would like for us to submit the return request for you. We will then contact you within 48 hours (Monday-Friday) with return instructions. If you exchange an item for another and then would like to exchange the second item, you may do so with the same restrictions as the first. Sorry, NO RETURNS ON THE FOLLOWING: Rose Gold or Opal Pieces, custom and customized pieces, special order or sale items. No returns on more than 3 of the same item.

Drop Shipping

If you select the drop shipping option, please enter your customer's name and address in the "Ship To" area at checkout. Item will be sent packaged beautifully in a silk bag and ribbon wrapped box.


If you select the packaging option, your item(s) will be sent with everything you need to package the item and present it to your customer. If no packaging is selected, you item(s) will arrive neatly wrapped in bubble wrap and tissue and ready for you to place in your own packaging for your customers.

Lost or Stolen Items

Hair Comes the Bride is not responsible for lost, un-deliverable, misplaced or stolen items once your order has been shipped (given to the carrier). All orders will be shipped with a delivery confirmation number. We will not be responsible for misplaced, never received or lost packages once a delivery confirmation or tracking number has been obtained and item states delivered. if you feel a signature confirmation is needed please choose this option when checking out. For international orders, please choose priority or express mail as we cannot track first class international shipping beyond delivery. Once we have confirmation from the US postal service that an item has been delivered, Hair Comes the Bride assumes no further responsibility.

Canceling an Order

If you wish to cancel your order AND you are able to do so before we have begun production on it, you may do so and receive a full refund. Please note, that we typically begin production on orders within 1-2 days of order. If you are unable to catch your order before production begins, we will be unable to cancel it.

Damaged Items

Hair Comes the Bride takes great care in packaging our items, however, pieces are delicate and on occasion may be damaged upon transit. Please look over your item carefully upon receiving it to check for damage. If your item is broken or damaged, please complete a return authorization within the allotted 3 days requesting a replacement. If you decide to send back a damaged item for exchange (as opposed to replacement), you MUST complete a return authorization within 3 business days.

Returned to Sender

Customer is responsible for providing accurate and correct address information. If a package is returned to us unopened or return to sender for any reason, you have the option of having us return the item to you or you can return your item for store credit. All of the same return policies apply.

Processing Time

Our hand-made items typically take 1-2 weeks processing (not including shipping time). Please see individual item for specific shipping time. PLEASE allow up to 1 week extra processing time for large orders. Please contact us if you need expedited shipping.

NOTE: Hair Comes the Bride assumes no responsibility for orders that were confirmed shipped via UPSP and were NOT shipped using the signature confirmation option. All online orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Shipping within the US typically takes 2-3 days once it leaves our location (this is in addition to any processing time). If you need an item within a specific time frame, please check with us to determine if this is possible.

All prices shown are in US currency. Please note that all product prices displayed online are exclusive of all taxes and duties. As the recipient, you are responsible for all import duties, customs and local sales tax. Payment of duties, customs and local sales tax is necessary to release your order from customs upon the arrival of your package.

Shipping Charge DOES NOT include taxes or duties (see above). Delivery times noted are estimates. Once an item leaves the US we have no control over it, therefore shipping times on International orders can never be guaranteed. Please leave yourself ample time to order. Processing times do vary based on item. Processing times on most items is typically 1-2 days however some items may take as long as 7-9 days processing time. Please note that this is in addition to shipping times. Please also note that we have no tracking system available for international shipments sent via first class parcel post once they leave the US. Customer is responsible for tracking any items not received that have been shipped using the first class parcel post option.
